MICI is built on the opposite idea. The outside is a plain white leather sneaker that works with a suit or with jeans. The artwork lives inside, on the insole — seen by the person wearing it, and by anyone they choose to show. Your brand gets worn for years instead of one Friday.
Three levels, from the inside out.
Every level starts from the same shoe: full-grain calf leather, stitched construction, made in the Veneto. What changes is how deep the customisation goes.

It survives the drawer test
A plain white leather sneaker is worn on its own merit. The branding is discovered, not advertised — which is why the shoe keeps getting worn long after the onboarding week.
Made in Italy, not sourced
Produced in the Veneto by a workshop that also makes for established Italian luxury houses. Full-grain calf leather from LWG-certified tanneries, stitched rather than glued.
It reads as a real gift
€280 retail. For anniversaries, senior hires, closed rounds or client gifts, it lands as an object with value rather than a line in the marketing budget.
We handle the sizes
Two ways: a standard size curve if you just want boxes delivered, or a size collection link we send to your team and fulfil individually. Both work at 20 pairs and at 500.

The things people ask first.
Is there a minimum order?
20 pairs for a custom insole. Interior customisation starts from 50. For a fully custom shoe, tell us what you have in mind and we'll work out whether the numbers make sense.
If you're close to 20 and unsure, write anyway. We'd rather have the conversation than lose it to a number on a page.
What does it cost?
Retail is €280 a pair. Corporate pricing depends on quantity and customisation level, so we quote per project rather than publish a table. Send us the volume and we'll come back with a price.
How long does it take?
2.5 to 3 months from approved artwork to delivery for insole and interior customisation. Full custom development takes longer — plan 4 to 5 months.
If you're working toward a date, tell us the date first and we'll say honestly whether it's possible.
How do you handle sizes?
Two ways, and you pick.
Standard curve. We apply a size distribution based on European men's demand and ship everything to one address. Simplest option when the shoes are handed out in person.
Size collection. We give you a link to send to your team. Each person picks their size, and we ship to individual addresses. Better for remote teams.
What artwork do you need from us?
Vector files work best — .ai, .eps or .svg. If all you have is a raster logo, send it and we'll tell you whether it holds up at insole size. Where a logo alone would look thin, we design an insole graphic around it and show you the mock-up before anything is produced.
Can the packaging be customised?
Every pair ships in the standard MICI box, which is already designed to be worth keeping. At higher volumes the box itself can carry your branding — ask when you enquire and we'll tell you the threshold.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. We ship regularly across the EU, Switzerland, the UK, the US, Canada and the UAE. Duties and import handling depend on the destination — we'll set this out in the quote rather than leave it as a surprise on delivery.
What sizes do you make?
EU 40 to 46. One low-top silhouette built on a single last, so fit is consistent across every model and colourway.
