SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies.

PRODUCTS

We sell premium footwear under the MICI brand. All products are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production differences.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

PRICES AND VAT

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR).

VAT is included in the displayed prices where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout.

SALES TERRITORY

We sell and ship worldwide. Certain restrictions may apply depending on the destination country.

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

Once an order has been placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from dispatch within the EU and Switzerland. International delivery times may vary.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, except for shipments to the United States where duties are included in the product price (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unworn
The product must be in original condition
The product must be returned in its original packaging

Used or worn footwear will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer size exchanges. If a different size is desired, the original item must be returned and a new order placed separately.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods and will be issued to the original payment method.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, images, product designs, and branding elements, is the intellectual property of MICI Distribution GmbH and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MICI Distribution GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

DISCLAIMER

Products are intended for normal, everyday use. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Sizing information is provided as guidance only. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, or governmental actions.
