REFUND POLICY

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws within the EU and Switzerland.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Worn, used, damaged, or altered products will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  1. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at:

Return instructions will be provided upon approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

  1. SIZE EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct size exchanges.

If a different size is desired, the original item must be returned following the standard return procedure, and a new order must be placed separately.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products that show signs of wear or use are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
