Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Israel, Turkey, Egypt.
Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia.
Asia-Pacific: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, India, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand.
Africa: South Africa.

3. SHIPPING PROVIDERS
Orders are shipped via DHL Express, DHL, DPD, or Post.at. The selection of the shipping carrier is determined by us based on destination and service availability to ensure optimal delivery.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
European Union and Switzerland: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland: 3–5 business days.
United States, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Israel: 3–7 business days.
Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, India, Turkey, Chile: 4–7 business days.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES — IMPORTANT
European Union (all 27 countries): all applicable taxes are included in the price shown at checkout. No additional charges apply on delivery.
United States: all duties and import taxes are included in the product price (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). No additional charges will be applied at delivery.
Switzerland: all duties and import taxes are included in the product price (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). No additional charges will be applied at delivery.
United Kingdom: all duties and import taxes are included in the product price (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). No additional charges will be applied at delivery.
All other destinations (Norway, Iceland, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, India, Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Chile, Israel, Monaco, Andorra): any customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are collected directly by the courier on behalf of the local customs authority at the time of delivery. MICI does not receive any portion of these charges and cannot reimburse them.
Indicative import duty and tax rates (subject to change by local authorities, approximate at order value of EUR 280):
- Iceland, Norway, South Korea, Chile: approximately 20–25%
- UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, Israel, Taiwan, Monaco, Andorra: approximately 5–40%
- Turkey: approximately 55%
- India: approximately 60%
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority for the most accurate and up-to-date rates before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
6. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after full payment has been received. Once an order has been placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled.
7. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
