1. SHIPPING TERRITORY

We ship worldwide.

2. SHIPPING FEES

Standard shipping within the European Union and Switzerland: EUR 9.90. Free shipping is available on orders over EUR 260.

Shipping to USA, Australia, Hong Kong, UAE, and UK: EUR 14.90. Free shipping does not apply to these destinations.

Promotional free shipping may apply depending on active campaigns on the website.

3. SHIPPING PROVIDERS

Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. The selection of the shipping carrier depends on the customer's address and is determined solely by us to ensure optimal delivery.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery time within the EU and Switzerland: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

USA, UK, UAE: 5–8 business days.

Australia, Hong Kong, and other international destinations: 7–12 business days.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

For shipments to the United States: all duties and import taxes are included in the product price (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). No additional charges will be applied at delivery.

For all other destinations outside the European Union (Australia, Hong Kong, UAE, UK, and others): any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

6. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after full payment has been received. Once an order has been placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled.

7. LIABILITY

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
