Been eyeing Crimson Wave for a while. Ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday. Koi print is even sharper in person than in the photos.

Bought from Lugano. Everything — VAT, duty, the lot — was included at checkout. Shoes arrived from Austria in 48 hours and DHL asked for nothing at the door. This is not the norm for small brands. Most of the time you're chasing a customs invoice a week later. Well done.

Ordered 43, needed 44. Sent them back at my expense, MICI received them a week later, refund landed within four days. Reordered the right size. Would have preferred a free return but the process itself was smooth and I never had to chase anyone.

Got Yuki in June, Crimson Wave last week. Identical build quality, same Italian leather, same clean silhouette. Consistency is what turns a first-time buyer into a repeat one.

Writing this for anyone considering pre-ordering and feeling unsure. I was in your spot in February. New brand, no track record, asking me to wait two months for shoes I haven't tried on. Here's what happened — I placed the order on February 18th, no money charged at checkout. February 28th got a confirmation that production was underway. March 22nd received an update that shoes were being finished. April 2nd shipping notification with tracking number, card was charged at this point. April 5th shoes in hand, perfectly packaged. Crimson Wave looks better than the photos. Italian leather is soft, the koi insole is gorgeous, fit was true to my usual EU size. Pre-order was the right call. Place yours.

Ordered February 12th, received in Amsterdam April 6th. Right around when they said. Crimson Wave is the most artistic of the four insole designs in my opinion. The koi fish detail and the wave pattern are beautiful. Leather is soft from the first wear, no break-in needed.

If you have wider feet, consider going half a size up. Otherwise the leather is fantastic and the insole is even better than I expected.
