MICI x Lukas Leibe

Been following the collab since it launched. Ordered same evening. Arrived a week later. Numbered edition, feels special.

Ordered 43, arrived too big. Shipped back the same week, refund on the card five days later. Reordered 42 immediately and those fit. Not a free return but the process was clean and I never chased them for status.

Ordered from Florida. What sold me was that the checkout price was actually the final price — no follow-up bill from the courier, no customs charge at the door. Shoes arrived in three days. The Leibe collab is the whole reason I ordered and it did not disappoint.

Placed the order from Dubai. Nothing owed on arrival — no calls from DHL, no customs desk visit. Everything settled at checkout. Shoes came in four days. Exactly the kind of quiet-outside statement-inside piece I was looking for.

Definitely premium sneakers and fits very well. Comfortable and stylish completes my sneaker collection.

I don't usually chase limited editions but the Lukas Leibe collaboration made this one worth it. Knowing it's a numbered run and the artwork won't be reprinted is exactly why I ordered. The tiger shark is beautiful — his painterly style translates perfectly to the insole. No charge until it shipped, arrived on time. Zero regrets.

Own three MICI pairs now. This is the standout because the collaboration makes it feel like more than a sneaker. The tiger shark in that deep teal is the kind of image that rewards a second look. Same clean build, same genuine leather as the rest of the line, but the artwork puts it a level above.

My usual EU 43 came up a touch snug. Support helped me exchange to 44, sorted within a week. Do read the size guide first. The shoe itself is exceptional — the Leibe shark artwork is the best insole MICI has done and the leather is soft from day one. Just measure before you buy.

My friend collects prints and follows Leibe's work. Pre-ordered this for his birthday — the reaction when he found the shark inside was worth every franc. He said it's the only sneaker he owns that doubles as a piece he'd actually hang. Leather feels expensive, the two lace options were a nice touch.

The teal water and the shark suspended in it — photos don't do it justice. The depth in the painting is what gets you, it genuinely looks wet. Clean white leather outside, then this hidden underneath. Got mine last week, print is razor sharp and the leather is the same Italian quality as my Koi pair.

Three weeks of near-daily wear and the shark insole looks identical to unboxing day — no fading, no peeling at the edges. That was my one worry with a painterly print, and it held. The white leather is aging nicely too. If you're on the fence about a limited edition, the quality justifies it.

I've been following his tiny-worlds work for ages, so a MICI collaboration was an instant order. The shark piece is one of my favourites of his and having it hidden in a shoe is a strange, brilliant idea. The leather is genuinely premium, the print quality holds up. This is the pair I show people first.

Expected end of May, arrived June 10th. Would have liked more updates during the wait. That said, the Leibe artwork is stunning in person and the print hasn't shifted after two weeks of wear. Italian leather is the real thing. Build in a buffer when pre-ordering a limited edition and you'll be fine.
